While driving back from the Chiricahua Astronomy Complex yesterday, I spotted this nice pair of sun dogs.
We had a very light dusting of snow here. Rare because it is in the desert, and we are only 32 degrees off the equator. You need to look hard to see it.

This image was taken over two nights, Feb 8 and 9th. The equipment used was a AT60 telescope and the camera was a Canon60D. This all rode piggyback on a LX90. This is some old technology here. but being a visual astronomer, I can dabble without spending a large amount of money.
